How Do We Apply ProPerla?
How Do We Apply ProPerla?
Applying ProPerla coatings is a straightforward process for professionals like SEF and ProPerla costs are far more reasonable than most realise. Our. application process involves the following:
- Surface Preparation: We clean all surfaces thoroughly to ensure the surface is free from contaminants that would prevent the protective material adhering to the coated surface.
- Application: Application is usually using a sprayer, though we can also use brushes or rollers to apply ProPerla evenly to ensure optimal coverage of surfaces.
- Drying Time: We give the coating sufficient time to dry as per the manufacturer’s instructions. This usually takes a few hours (usually being touch dry after 30 minutes when in 20° C conditions). Cooler could mean it will take much longer to dry.
- Inspection: We check the treated surface for any missed spots and apply additional coats if required (this would usually be around 6 hours after the first coat was applied, but again will depend on conditions).
