We are not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
5. Payment Terms
- Deposits may be required and will be confirmed at booking
- Full payment is due immediately upon completion of works and upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Staged payments may apply for larger projects
We reserve the right to:
- Pause or refuse works where payment terms are not met
- Charge interest on overdue payments (Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998)
- Recover reasonable debt recovery costs
Retention of Title:
Ownership of all goods and materials remains with SEF Ltd until paid in full.
We reserve the right, where legally permitted, to enter the property and recover unpaid goods or materials.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of income or property value)
- Liability is limited to the value of the service provided
- We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing defects
- Hidden issues not reasonably identifiable
- Third-party interference
- Failure to follow advice
Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by Safe Eco Fixes Ltd and may not be used without written consent.
8. Privacy & Data Protection

- Unsafe structures
- Hazardous materials not disclosed
- Aggressive or inappropriate behaviour
13. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring:
- Accurate information is provided prior to works
- All necessary permissions, consents, and approvals are in place (e.g. landlord, planning, building control where applicable)
- Adequate access to utilities (electricity, water) where required
- The work area is clear and accessible
We are not liable for delays or additional costs resulting from failure to meet these responsibilities.
14. Photographs & Evidence
We reserve the right to:
- Take photographs and/or videos before, during, and after works
- Use these for record-keeping, quality control, dispute resolution, and training
Where appropriate, images may be used for marketing purposes, but no personally identifiable information will be shared without consent.
15. Retention of Title & Recovery Rights
Until full payment is received:
- All materials and installed goods remain the property of SEF Ltd
- We reserve the right to recover unpaid goods where legally permitted
- You grant us reasonable access to recover such goods if required
We will always act reasonably and in accordance with applicable law when exercising these rights.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes will first be addressed in good faith before legal action.
